Product Overview
The USP Structural Connectors WSWH278-R50 is a WSWH Series washer head structural wood screw designed for heavy-duty wood-to-wood connections. Constructed from high-strength alloy steel, this 1/4-inch diameter screw features a 2-7/8-inch length and a T-30 Star Drive (Torx) for secure installation. Its washer head provides an extra bearing surface to prevent pull-through, while the Type 17 self-drilling point eliminates the need for pre-drilling and reduces wood splitting. The screw is protected by an exterior-grade triple zinc coating, offering corrosion resistance for outdoor applications such as deck framing, ledger connections, and timber joints. Each screw includes its length stamped on the head for easy identification. This product is code compliant with ESR-2761, FL17231, and LABC_ESR-2761. It is supplied in a box of 50 units.
