The Valspar VL1028070-20 One-Coat Clear Exterior Sealer is a water-based wood sealer designed to waterproof and protect outdoor wood surfaces without adding color, thereby preserving the wood's natural beauty. It provides all-weather defense in a single application, offering UV protection against fading and a mold- and mildew-resistant finish. This liquid sealer is rain-ready in four hours and has a dry time to touch of 4 to 24 hours. Formulated with paraffin wax and paraffinic oils, it is ideal for use on decks, fences, siding, railings, steps, and outdoor furniture. Application methods include brush, roller, paint pad, or sprayer, with a recommended coverage area of 150 to 400 square feet per gallon. It features a low-sheen appearance and a 3-year warranty for decks and a 4-year warranty for fences and siding. Clean up is easily accomplished with soap and water.
