  • Extends 6 year tank warranty to a 9 or 12 year tank warranty
  • For standard 6 year residential models only
  • Cannot be purchased for Mobile Home Sealed Combustion, Direct Vent, Power Vent, Polaris, Table Top, or 2 and 4 gallon Titan models
  • Registration Card must be returned to the manufacturer within 90 days of the original installation
  • Warranty is restricted to units used in single-family residences in the United States of America
  • Warranty, valid on PREMIERPLUS models only, is void if unit is used in a commercial, multi-family, or industrial application
  • Can only be added to Pre-NAECA Models
