Product Overview
Two premium quality dock lines in a convenient carry bag! Incredible holding power with the perfect amount of stretch! West Marine brand double braid Dockline is your solution to keeping your boat safe and secure at the dock. The double braid nylon weave creates a soft and friendly touch while maintaining an immense working load. The eye is hand spliced and allows for easy securing to the dock cleat or cleat onboard. The bitter end is whipped and ready to be lashed to a cleat. The dock lines' overall construction allows for easy handling and resists kinking and knotting. This line will stand up to the elements of the marine environment and keep your boat safe. We Never Skimp on Quality Our Premium Double Braided Nylon Dock Lines have a water-resistant coating to prevent strength loss that occurs in wet conditions. Higher twisting of yarns and strands produces a denser, rounder rope with higher abrasion resistance that is less likely to snag. Our rope has been heat stabilized to reduce shrinkage and age hardening. Controlled manufacturing ensures a line that is well balanced, torque free and won't unlay under heavy loading. The LENGTH, SIZE, WEIGHT and TYPE of BOAT and just how expose the docking location is, all need to be considered in choosing a dock line size. The following is a general guide but windy or higher wave locations may require more and heavier lines. Two Sizes Available
