This CRL Aluminum Security Bar for sliding glass doors adds additional security against forced entry. Simple yet effective bar helps prevent doors from being slid open once the handle latch has been overcome. Quickly and easily install this aluminum bar, which folds down and locks into the edge of the door, or folds up against the jamb when not in use. The 5/8" (16 mm) square extruded aluminum tube comes 48" (1.22 m) long, and can be cut down to fit narrower doors. All necessary hardware is provided, including the plastic saddle and plated steel hinge bracket. Longer security bars are available by special order. One bar assembly with key, locking saddle and installation screws per package.
