The Enoz Trap-N-Kill A-G-O Mosquito Trap, model ET5200.1, from Willert Home Products, is an Autocidal Gravid Ovitrap designed to attract and capture gravid (egg-laying) female mosquitoes. This non-toxic, pesticide-free trap mimics natural breeding sites by using standing water and dried organic matter, such as hay or grass, to draw mosquitoes. Female mosquitoes entering the trap are blocked by a metal screen and caught on an internal sticky board, preventing them from laying eggs or escaping. Any eggs laid that hatch into larvae are unable to exit the trap. The trap controls mosquitoes that may transmit diseases like Zika, Dengue Fever, Yellow Fever, and Chikungunya. Suitable for outdoor use around people and pets, it requires replacing the sticky board, water, and organic matter every eight weeks for season-long effectiveness. Each unit includes a top chamber, sticky board, screen, bottom chamber, lid, and a 2.5-gallon water chamber, and is typically supplied as a pack of two traps.
