CRL Window Channel Balance Repair Kit 1-1/4" Long is designed to be used with window channel balances. The top and bottom guides being replaced should match the dimensions and profiles of those pictured on this page to insure the proper replacement of the window channel balance. This kit, along with the window channel balance, gives you everything you need for the replacement. To set the rivets in this kit you will need Cat. No. H3740 rivet installation tool. For large orders of ten or more balances, you have the option of ordering window channel balances with the top and bottom guides factory installed. The window channel balance repair kit 1-1/4" long tan is designed for the maintenance and repair of window channel balances. this kit provides the necessary components to replace worn or damaged top and bottom guides in window systems. the kit includes one fs100 top guide, one fs152 bottom guide, two fs261 rivets, and one fs260 take-out clip. the components feature a non-winged guide profile and a tan finish. the bottom guide measures 1-1/4" in length and 1/2" in width. the overall length of the kit components is 1-1/4". for the installation of the included rivets, a rivet installation tool is required. this kit is packaged in a poly bag for convenience and is intended for single repair applications. for large orders of ten or more balances, window channel balances with the top and bottom guides factory installed are available upon request. the top and bottom guides being replaced should match the dimensions and profiles of those pictured to ensure proper replacement of the window channel balance.
