The CRL Powr-Grip Manual Rotator/Tilter Vacuum Lifting Frame is the most versatile vacuum lifting system ever offered. Its flexible frame configurations, and adjustable pad locations allow you to design the frame to suit your requirements. Full 360 degree rotation with tilt to flat can be made from any position, due to a "perfect" pivot balance.
The safe work load rating is maintained by an on-board gel cell battery powered vacuum system that supplies constant suction pressure to the vacuum pads. The electrical system is cord free, and includes a system analyzer and charger unit. The smooth 360 degree rotational pivot has locking at each quarter point. Vacuum pressure at 8 seconds to attach, 6 seconds to release.
Basic frame dimensions are 26" x 30-1/2" (660 x 775 mm). Plug-in pad arm extensions expand the frame to 46" x 65" (1.17 x 1.65 m), or 14" x 75-1/2" (355 mm x 1.92 m). Vacuum pad positions move easily for optimum coverage on most standard lites. Other support systems include a reserve vacuum tank and gauge, plus a red "no-lift" light. All this combines to make CRL Powr-Grip's newest and mid-size glass handler the most versatile and easy-to-use unit ever offered.
Powr Lifting Frames for Rent
CRL offers large Power Lifting Frames on a week to week rental basis. Customers are responsible for all common carrier freight charges and may require to provide a security deposit. Usage time is based on a one week minimum and begins on the day the frame arrives at the customer. Rental billing ends on the day the frame is shipped back to the manufacturer. Usage time is based on a one week minimum and begins on the day the frame arrives at the customer. Rental billing ends on the day the frame is shipped back to the manufacturer. Billing is for full weeks only, no partial weeks.
Customers are responsible for both freight in and out, and must ship the frame back packed in the same manner and condition as it arrived.
Rentals can only be made to open account CRL customers with current account balances and available credit.
Customer must maintain and operate frames as per the manufacturer's instructions for use. Damage to, or loss of the frame are the responsibility of the customer. Only a few of these rental frames are available, so advanced reservations are necessary. The manufacturer's engineers will contact the customer to confirm the frame being rented is appropriate for a safe and effective lift.
