Product Overview
The Dura Heat EWH5510 electric garage heater by World Marketing of America provides supplemental heating for workshops, garages, and agricultural buildings. This forced air heater delivers 17,060 BTUs with a 5000W, 240V, 30A electrical input, capable of heating areas up to 600 sq ft. It features a heavy-gauge steel body and a spiral-wrapped steel coil heating element for durability. Designed for permanent, hard-wired installation, it includes a mounting kit for ceiling or wall applications. The unit is equipped with an adjustable thermostat (45-99 degrees Fahrenheit), a 12-hour timer, adjustable louvers for directing airflow, and is operated via a remote control. Safety features include an overheat protection sensor. Installation requires a minimum 10 gauge SJO or SJTO copper type wiring and professional setup is recommended. This heater is ETL Listed.
