Product Overview

The Spring-Loaded CRL Nylon Plunger Latch is designed to hold 1/4" to 7/16" (6.3 to 11 mm) screens in metal window frames. The spring-loaded plunger pops into a 7/32" (5.6 mm) hole drilled into the screen frame by using a 601316 drill for the large diameter hole, and for the small diameter 1/8" (3.2 mm) hole use a 60118 drill on the opposite side of the frame. To easily complete this we recommend using a WST920 jig for alignment. 100 Latches per bulk pack. Also available six latches per package.
NOTE: Use CRL Cat. No. WST905 Step Drill to install the WSC615 Plungers. Two drill bits, CRL Cat. No. 60118 and 601316 (1/8" and 3/16" diameter), are required to install the smaller diameter WSC614 Plungers.
For smaller jobs or retail sales, the latches are available in a package containing six latch assemblies.
Product Warning:
Tip is no longer a "cone" shape, it is now flat.
