Company Profile  

William F. Yeoman of Monticello, Iowa, founded the Yeoman & Company in 1929. At that time, the company's products were known as "YO-HO Tools," reflecting the Yeoman name and that of two local brothers, Hoag, who were early investors. The brand's tools were designed and built to meet the needs of the agricultural and manufacturing industries of the upper Midwest. During World War II, Yeoman & Company produced snow tools to clear the decks of United States Navy aircraft carriers. By 1935, Yeoman expanded to a building in Monticello and managed its manufacturing from there.

Centrally Located Manufacturing & Distribution 

Over the past 90 years, Yeoman & Company has grown to be one of the largest manufacturers in the industry. It has a product line of more than 600 tools. The brand's centralized location in Monticello, Iowa, allows it to meet customers' needs throughout the U.S. and Canada. Most orders are received, processed, shipped, and delivered to their customers within a week. This keeps the company's customers tooled up season after season and during unpredictable emergencies and winter weather.
