Product Overview
The Yost 855 Professional Reversible Vise is designed for mechanics that need a vise with large jaw opening capabilities. This vise is constructed from 30,000 psi cast iron for extra durability. For unmatched versatility this vise features a reversible main jaw. When the front jaw is reversed, the jaw capacity is increased to a phenomenal 9-3/4 in. The 5.5 in. W serrated machinist jaws feature 2 small V-Grooves to grip parts vertically. The 2 machined anvils provide a smooth work surface for forming or shaping. Cast in place pipe jaws allow this vise to grip pipe up to 3 in. thick. The 360° swivel base allows the vise to be rotated to any position for easy operation. The base features 2 lockdowns that will prevent the vise from rotating once the lockdowns have been tightened. The base also features 4 mounting tabs to secure the vise to the workbench (mounting hardware not included).
