Product Overview
This A H Lighting GFCI-20-I-TR Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) receptacle is a residential grade electrical outlet designed to provide protection against electrical shock. Operating at 125V and rated for 20 amps, it features a tamper-resistant (TR) design with internal shutters to prevent the insertion of foreign objects, enhancing child safety. The receptacle is Ivory in color and has a monochromatic finish. It supports feed-through wiring, allowing GFCI protection to extend to downstream outlets. Equipped with self-test functionality, it continuously monitors its operation and includes an LED indicator for status diagnostics. Constructed with a durable thermoplastic body and brass contacts, this 2-pole, 3-wire device has a NEMA 5-20R configuration. It is UL Listed to standard UL 943 for ground-fault circuit interrupters and UL 498 for attachment plugs and receptacles, and is NEC compliant. A wall plate is included for installation.
