The Adjustable Glass to Curb Mount Shower Door Pivot Hinge in Brushed Pewter finish is designed for bottom mount installation in frameless shower enclosures, offering flexibility for top or bottom mounting with a clean appearance. Made from solid forged brass with precision machined stainless steel internal components, this hinge provides strength and reliability in glass hardware, shower hardware, and door hardware applications. It features dual precision wound stainless steel return springs that support self-centering 0 degree return and self-closing from a 25 degree door angle. An adjustable mechanism allows the closing position to be fine-tuned after installation up to 90 degree in or out. Using the included 3mm hex wrench, installers can loosen the adjustment screws, reposition the door, and re-tighten for accurate alignment. The non-mouse ear design improves adjustment and frameless styling, while the square-edged profile adds a modern appearance. Designed for use with 3/8" (10mm) and 1/2" (12mm) tempered glass, the hinge requires fabrication cutouts for proper fitting. Rated at 40 lbs per hinge, two hinges support shower doors up to 120 lbs with a maximum width of 36". Glass weight reference is 5.05 lbs/sf for 3/8" glass and 6.40 lbs/sf for 1/2" glass.
