International Model 512 ADA (Handicap) Adjustable Spring Tension Overhead Concealed Closer Kit. This ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 closer is designed and tested for use in the most demanding locations. ADA compliant for exterior or interior doors. Adjusts from 5 lbs opening force to medium spring tension. Complete closer kit for offset hung doors with offset arm assembly. Suitable for doors 30" to 48" wide and up to 96" tall. 90 Degree backstop with hold open feature. 10 Year Warranty.
