Product Overview
The Adapter Block for Prima, Shell and Rondo Hinges is a component used to mount specific shower door hinges into a deluxe header assembly. Constructed from brass with a brite anodized finish, this adapter block is compatible with the regular Prima, Cardiff, Shell, and Rondo series pivot hinges. It allows for lateral adjustment to any required position within the shower enclosure header. The block features a clearance notch, which enables it to fit under the wall bracket when the hinge is installed in close proximity to a wall. Installation requires a 3/16" hole to be drilled into the header, and the hinge base plate must be removed to facilitate mounting to the header. This adapter block is designed for use with monolithic tempered glass shower door systems. Each unit includes a screw for installation.
