Product Overview
The Brushed Bronze Cardiff Series Top or Bottom Mount Hinge is a pivot-style hinge designed for use with 5/16" to 3/8" tempered safety glass in shower enclosures. This hinge is constructed from solid brass and features a square edge profile. The top and bottom mount design allows for more glass to be visible and reduces the number of cut-outs required compared to standard side-mount hinges. It is suitable for corner, niche, and custom shower enclosures and can be mounted to the floor and ceiling or floor and header. The hinge is self-centering when within 15 degrees of the closed position and features four springs for retention. It supports a maximum door weight of 100 lbs and a maximum door width of 31". The Cardiff Series is compatible with the Deluxe Header System for enclosures that do not reach the ceiling. Included with the hinge are gaskets, screws, and glass fabrication dimensions. The brushed bronze finish provides a consistent aesthetic for bathroom hardware.
