The Brushed Bronze Cologne 180 Series 180 degree Glass-to-Glass Hinge is designed for mounting glass shower doors in niche, bathtub, and custom enclosures. Constructed from solid brass with a brushed bronze finish, this hinge features beveled edges and radius corners for a clean appearance. It is engineered for wider and heavier doors, supporting glass thicknesses from 3/8" to 1/2" tempered safety glass. The hinge allows for 90 degree inward and 90 degree outward swings and includes a self-centering mechanism that engages when within 15 degrees of the closed position. Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin, with the standard 90 degree side activated, and an optional 85 degree side for a tighter closure. When using two hinges, the assembly supports a maximum door weight of 110 lbs and a maximum door width of 36". With three hinges, the capacity increases to 140 lbs with a maximum door width of 36". The hinge has a width of 2-1/4" for both the door and sidelite portions. It requires a specific cut-out for installation, and the package includes gaskets, screws, and glass fabrication dimensions.
