Product Overview
The Brushed Nickel Geneva Series 180 Degree Glass-to-Glass Standard Hinge is designed for connecting two glass panels in a shower enclosure. Constructed from solid brass with stainless steel pins and springs, this hinge is suitable for residential or hotel shower door applications. It accommodates 5/16" to 1/2" tempered safety glass. The hinge features a 180-degree glass-to-glass mounting style and a square edge profile. It is self-centering when within 15 degrees of the closed position and includes a reversible 5-degree pivot pin, which allows for a 5-degree tighter closure into the shower interior if needed. The standard model comes factory-set at the 0-degree closing position. When using two hinges, the maximum supported door weight is 80 lbs with a maximum door width of 28". When using three hinges, the maximum supported door weight is 120 lbs with a maximum door width of 32". The hinge swings 90 degrees in and 90 degrees out. Each hinge has a width of 2-3/16" for both the door and sidelite portions. The installation requires specific glass fabrication dimensions and gaskets, which are included with the hinge. The Brushed Nickel finish provides a consistent aesthetic for bathroom hardware.
