The Bussmann BP/MB-15 (also known as Eaton Bussmann series MB) is an Edison base plug fuse circuit breaker designed for permanent fuse replacement in residential electrical panels. This 15 Amp, 125 Volt device replaces most standard Edison base fuses, offering resettable overcurrent protection. It features a brass threaded plastic body and a built-in time delay mechanism to prevent nuisance tripping during appliance start-ups. When an overload occurs, current can be restored by pressing a button, eliminating the need to replace a blown fuse. The BP/MB-15 is UL listed, ensuring compliance with safety standards for reliable circuit protection against short circuits and excessive loads.
