Product Overview
The Cantex 5133566U Type T PVC Conduit Body provides access for pulling, splicing, and tapping electrical conductors within a conduit system, and facilitates changes in direction. This rectangular fitting features three 1-1/4 inch trade size hubs: one in each end wall and one at a 90-degree angle in the middle side wall, forming a 'T' configuration. Constructed from durable, non-conductive PVC, it is resistant to rust and corrosion, making it suitable for wet, underground, or corrosive environments. It is designed for use with rigid non-metallic Schedule 40 and 80 PVC conduit. The body includes a removable cover, gasket, and screws to ensure a secure, moisture-resistant seal. It has an internal capacity of 25 cubic inches and is UL Listed and CSA approved, meeting NEMA specifications. Overall dimensions are approximately 8.188 inches in length by 2.5 inches in width.
