The Cantex 6141628 is a Schedule 40 PVC conduit coupling designed to join plain (spigot) ends of PVC conduit. This standard socket-type coupling features two female ends with a center stop, ensuring proper insertion depth for solvent welding. Manufactured from durable PVC, it is suitable for both aboveground and underground applications, offering non-conductive and sunlight-resistant properties. The 2-inch trade size coupling has an inside diameter of 2.375 inches, an outside diameter of 2.688 inches, and a length of 2.6 inches. It meets NEMA TC-3 standards and is UL and CSA listed, complying with UL 651 and UL 514B for conduit, tubing, and cable fittings. It can also be used with Schedule 80 conduit.
