The DeWalt DXEC17443050 is a 50 ft. 12/3 SJTW extension cord, designed for both indoor and outdoor use. Its 12-gauge, 3-conductor construction handles up to 15 amps, 125 volts, and 1875 watts, making it suitable for light to medium-duty applications. The SJTW rating signifies a hard service (Junior Service) cord with a thermoplastic PVC jacket, providing weather resistance, UV protection, and abrasion resistance. The cord features lighted ends with Continuous Ground Monitoring (CGM), where a green LED on the female end indicates ground continuity and an amber LED signals active power flow. Industrial-strength nickel-coated blades and pins resist heat and corrosion, improving conductivity. Oversized strain reliefs prevent end separation from the jacket, enhancing durability. This cord maintains flexibility in temperatures as low as -40°F and utilizes 100% copper conductors for maximum flexibility under load. It is UL Listed and cUL Approved for safety
