The Dormakaba® Overhead Concealed Closer 105 Degree No Hold Open is designed for ADA Barrier-Free 8.5 lb. exterior doors. Also has dual action and non-critical valves for control adjustments of both closing and latching speed independent of each other. Each closer body comes packaged with mounting clips, templates, and instructions.

Although Dorma® RTS BFI/BFE Series Closers comply with ADA specified opening forces, they may not provide adequate spring power to control and close the door due to varying site conditions and door size.
