The Eaton 78W-BOX is a 15 Amp, 125 Volt, NEMA 5-15R duplex receptacle designed for surface mounting. This 2-pole, 3-wire, grounding type receptacle provides two power outlets for electrical devices. It features an impact-resistant thermoplastic face and body, with a steel mounting strap and brass contacts for durability and conductivity. Side-wire terminals accommodate up to #10 AWG solid or stranded wire, while push-in terminals accept #14 AWG solid wire. This white, residential-grade receptacle is UL Listed (UL498), CSA certified (C22.2 No. 42), NOM certified, and RoHS compliant, ensuring safety and compliance with electrical standards. It includes double-wipe ground contacts and backed-out terminal screws for easier installation.
