Product Overview
The Eaton BR20W Commercial Grade Duplex Receptacle provides two power outlets for electrical devices, engineered for safe and reliable performance in various applications. It is rated for 20 Amp, 125 Volt, with a 2-pole, 3-wire NEMA 5-20R configuration. The receptacle features a high impact-resistant thermoplastic or nylon/PVC face and a .050-inch thick zinc-plated steel wrap-around mounting strap for secure installation. It includes triple wipe line contacts for long-term plug retention and double wipe ground contacts for enhanced ground retention. Wiring is facilitated by back and side wire terminals that accept #14, #12, and #10 AWG solid or stranded wire, with combination slot/Phillips head screws for both terminals and mounting. An automatic grounding system eliminates the need for a bonding jumper in grounded metal enclosures. Additional features include an easy access split circuit break-off tab and a screw-catch feature for faster wallplate mounting. This white receptacle is UL Listed, meets UL 498 requirements, and complies with Federal Specification WC-596. It is supplied in a bulk pack.
