Flame Sensors

Flame sensors are an essential safety component of your gas heating system. During the ignition cycle, your gas furnace goes through a process where a spark will ignite the gas. When the gas is ignited, the flame sensor creates a current of electricity which is circulated in micro amps. If the furnace’s control board does not read the proper level of micro amps, the furnace will stop giving the system fuel to avoid an explosion. At DK Hardware, we take pride in providing an extensive range of flame sensors for your HVAC system. We have products from top brands worldwide, including Goodman Manufacturing, Robertshaw, Packard, York, etc., so you can buy them confidently. For example, we have the Robertshaw Flame Sensor. It has high-temperature Kanthol sensor rods that can withstand 1800F. Also, you can cut the length of the sensor rod and bend it to match an original unit. You can also get your hands on the Packard Flame Sensor. You can mount it remotely on multiple burners or adjacent to an igniter on other applications. It has high-temperature Kantahn flame rod material that can easily withstand 1800F. For other information on these products, you can get in touch with our online experts.
