Product Overview
This 135 degree glass-to-glass shower door hinge is configured for fixed panel to door connections where a clean corner return is required. The hinge uses a self-centering 0 degree return with a reversible 5 degree pin, and closes from 25 degrees. Fixed plate height is 4", with 2-1/4" fixed plate width; fixed faceplate thickness is 3/16", and fixed backplate thickness is 1/4". The movable side gives the geometry with 2-1/4" faceplate width, 3/16" faceplate thickness, 1/4" backplate thickness, and a 1-3/4" movable backplate width. The spacing between fixed and movable plates is 5/32". Precision-machined stainless steel components and dual precision-wound stainless steel return springs support the mechanism. Designed for 3/8" and 1/2" glass. Rated at 55 lbs per hinge. Two hinges support up to 110 lbs and 36" door width, Three hinges support up to 165 lbs and 36" door width. Made from solid forged brass with a Black Nickel finish. Matching-finish stainless steel hex clamping screws, crosshead screws, and a hex wrench are included. Glass fabrication is required.
