Product Overview
This glass-to-wall shower door hinge with an offset mounting plate with round corner and beveled edges is configured for door-to-wall connections where a square junction is preferred. The hinge uses a self-centering 0 degree return with a reversible 5 degree pin and closes from 25 degree, aided by dual wound stainless steel return springs. Overall hinge height is 4", and overall hinge width is 2-1/4". Faceplate thickness is 3/16" and back plate thickness is 1/4". The mounting plate measures 2-3/4" in height by 2-1/4" in width with a 3/16" plate thickness. Mounting screw hole distance along the plate is 2", while the vertical screw hole distance is 3". Screw-to-edge width is 1-3/4", and the gap between the hinge and mounting plates is 5/32". Machined stainless steel components support the pin and related interfaces. The body is solid forged brass with a Satin 24K Gold finish, and matching finish stainless steel hex clamping screws are supplied; crosshead screws and a hex wrench are included. Designed for 3/8" and 1/2" glass, with a rated capacity of 55 lbs per hinge. Glass fabrication is required before fitting and final seating.
