Product Overview
This adjustable glass-to-wall shower door hinge with square corners is configured for compact door-to-wall junctions where an organized hardware footprint is preferred. The hinge provides post-install closing position adjustment, using a self-centering 0 degree return adjustable up to 30 degree in or out, and closes from 25 degree. The hinge body is solid forged brass with Polished Chrome with Brass Accents finish paired with precision machined stainless steel components and dual precision wound return springs. Overall hinge height is 4", with an overall width of 2-1/4". Faceplate and backplate thickness is 3/16". The short mounting plate measures 2-3/4" x 2-1/4" with a 3/16" plate thickness. The vertical screw hole distance on the hinge is 3", the mounting screw hole distance is 2", and the screw-to-edge distance is 1-15/16". Screw hole diameter is 1/2". A 3/16" gap is maintained between the hinge and mounting plates. Matching-finish stainless steel hex style clamping screws are installed; crosshead screws and a hex wrench are included. Rated at 40 lbs per hinge. Two hinges support up to 80 lbs and 30" width; three hinges support up to 120 lbs and 36" width. Glass fabrication is required.
