Product Overview
This adjustable glass-to-wall shower door hinge with a Full Mounting Plate is configured for door-to-wall connections where a clean, square junction is preferred. The assembly uses a self-centering 0 degree return with post-install adjustment up to 30 degrees in or out and a self-closing action from 25 degrees, supported by dual precision wound stainless steel return springs. Overall hinge height is 4", and overall hinge width is 2-1/4". Faceplate and backplate thickness is 3/16". The full mounting plate measures 4" in height by 2-1/4" in width with a 3/16" plate thickness. Mounting screw hole distance along the plate is 3-1/4", with a vertical screw hole distance of 3". The screw-to-edge width is 1-3/4". The gap between the hinge and mounting plates is 3/16". Precision machined stainless steel components support the pin and related interfaces. The body is solid forged brass in Satin finish, and matching finish stainless steel hex clamping screws are supplied, crosshead screws and a hex wrench are included. Designed for 3/8" and 1/2" glass. Glass fabrication is required before fitting and final seating.
