The Glass-to-Glass Mount Shower Door Hinge is designed for frameless shower door installations where a 180-degree connection is required. Made from solid forged brass with a matte nickel finish, this hinge offers both function and a clean look for modern bathrooms. It features rounded corners and beveled edges for smooth integration with glass panels. The internal stainless steel components include dual precision-wound return springs that provide self-centering action, returning the door to 0 degree and allowing self-closing from a 25 degree angle. Adjustable pins allow use with different preset angles such as 5 degree and 45 degree. Each hinge is rated to carry up to 40 lbs, with two hinges supporting a maximum door weight of 80 lbs at a door width of 30", and three hinges supporting up to 120 lbs with a maximum width of 36". The hinge is compatible with 3/8" and 1/2" (10mm and 12mm) thick tempered glass, and door weight guidance is provided at 5.05 lbs/sf for 3/8" glass and 6.40 lbs/sf for 1/2" glass. The mounting style is glass to glass, with an overall width of 4-7/16" including both plates, individual plate width of 2-3/16", plate height of 3-9/16",plate thickness of 3/16" each side, and center gap of 1/8".
