The Adjustable Glass-to-Glass Mount Shower Door Hinge 180 Degrees with Satin is designed for frameless shower enclosures that require precise alignment after installation. Made from solid forged brass with precision-machined stainless steel internal components, this hinge provides both strength and functionality. The adjustable feature allows the closing position of the door to be fine-tuned even after installation, using the included 3mm hex wrench to loosen and re-tighten two adjustment screws. The hinge is engineered with dual precision wound return springs, providing self-centering 0 degree return and self-closing capability from a 25 degree door angle. Adjustment is possible up to 30 degree in or out, giving installers flexibility to align doors with existing walls and glass panels. The hinge is compatible with 3/8" (10mm) and 1/2" (12mm) tempered glass and is rated at 40 lbs per hinge. With two hinges, the system supports doors up to 80 lbs with a maximum width of 30", and with three hinges, it supports doors up to 120 lbs with a maximum width of 36". Dimensions include an overall width of 4-7/16" including both plates, plate width of 2-3/16" each, plate height of 3-9/16", plate thickness of 3/16" per side, and center gap of 1/8".
