The Adjustable Top or Bottom Mount Pivot Hinge in Polished Chrome finish is designed for frameless shower doors requiring secure mounting with Elite Header systems. Built from solid forged brass with precision-machined stainless steel internal components, this hinge ensures strength and dependable operation for shower hardware, glass hardware, and door hardware installations. It features dual precision wound stainless steel return springs that provide self-centering 0 degree return and self-closing from a 25 degree door angle. An adjustable mechanism allows the door closing position to be fine-tuned up to 90 degree in or out after installation. By loosening screws with a hex wrench, adjusting the door, and re-tightening, installers can achieve accurate alignment to meet project requirements. The non-mouse ear design further simplifies adjustment while maintaining a frameless appearance. Designed for 5/16" (8mm) and 3/8" (10mm) tempered glass, the hinge requires fabrication cutouts for proper installation.
