The Adjustable Glass To Glass Mount Shower Door Hinge is designed to connect shower doors to fixed glass panels at a 135 degree angle. Made from solid forged brass with an Oil Rubbed Bronze finish, this hinge is built to blend with modern bathroom hardware while providing reliable support for frameless glass shower enclosures. It fits 3/8" and 1/2" (10 and 12mm) thick glass panels, making it suitable for different types of shower doors. The hinge is built with stainless steel pins and springs that support smooth operation and long-lasting function. It has a self-centering feature that returns the door to the closed position at 0 degrees and includes an adjustment up to 30 degrees in or out, helping installers align doors correctly. Each hinge supports up to 40 lbs per hinge, with two hinges carrying a maximum of 80 lbs and three hinges carrying up to 120 lbs. It works with a maximum door width of 30" with 2 hinges or 36" with 3 hinges, providing flexibility for different shower layouts. The hinge design includes rounded corners and a cambered edge profile for a clean appearance. It requires a glass cutout for installation, with a fixed panel hole spacing of 2-3/8" and a hole size of 3/4". The distance from the glass edge to the hole is 2-1/8", ensuring proper placement.
