Product Overview
The Halo HLB6099FS1EMWR is a 6-inch ultra-thin, canless integrated LED recessed downlight designed for direct mounting. Constructed with an aluminum housing and a matte white finish, this fixture does not require recessed housing or a separate junction box, simplifying installation in both new construction and remodel applications by mounting directly into drywall or suspended ceilings with spring clips. It delivers up to 1,100 lumens of illumination with a high color rendering index (CRI) of 90+. The unit features a field-selectable color temperature (CCT) switch, allowing users to choose from 2700K (Warm White), 3000K (Soft White), 3500K (Neutral White), 4000K (Cool White), and 5000K (Daylight). It is dimmable down to 5% with compatible 120-volt phase-cut dimmers. This downlight is wet location listed for use in showers and protected ceilings, IC-rated for direct contact with insulation, and AIR-TITE certified to reduce airflow. It is also ENERGY STAR certified and compliant with California Title 24 (JA8), offering a 50,000-hour lifespan.
