The hinge features dual precision wound stainless steel return springs that provide self-centering 0 degree return and self-closing from a 25 degree door angle, supporting reliable daily operation. Its non-mouse ear design enhances adjustment flexibility and allows a clean frameless appearance. Designed for 3/8" (10mm) and 1/2" (12mm) tempered glass, the hinge requires fabrication cutouts for accurate installation. Each hinge is rated at 40 lbs, with two hinges supporting a maximum door weight of 120 lbs and a maximum width of 36". Weight guidance is 5.05 lbs/sf for 3/8" glass and 6.40 lbs/sf for 1/2" glass. Dimensional details include glass edge to hole spacing of 1-13/16" (top and bottom) and end to end hole spacing of 3-1/4".
