The Howard Lighting FSR84432ASEMV000000I Fluorescent Strip Retrofit Kit is designed to upgrade an existing 8 ft T12 strip luminaire to a more energy-efficient T8 fluorescent system. This kit converts a 2-bulb F96T12 fixture to accommodate four F32T8 lamps. It features a pre-mounted and wired electronic ballast along with pre-wired shunted socket holders that easily snap into place, allowing for reuse of the existing fixture housing without needing to remove the old ballast. Constructed from code-gauge cold-rolled steel, the kit accommodates fixture housings between 4 and 5 inches wide. This upgrade provides significant energy reduction, brighter light output, and less heat. Lamps are not included.
