4-in-1 Receptacle - 4-Plex is a perfect solution for outlet scarce locations. This receptacle can be mounted on a single or 2-gang flush outlet box or on a nonmetallic portable box for temporary power applications. If mounted on a 4 in. square box, this product complies with NEC Article 406.4 (B). Available in industrial grade, hospital grade, isolated ground and surge protected versions. Accessories include mounting plates and portable outlet boxes.
