Product Overview
This Intertape Polymer Group (IPG) 85831 electrical tape is a blue vinyl insulating tape composed of a soft PVC film backing coated with a non-corrosive, rubber-based adhesive. It measures 0.75 inches in width, 60 feet in length, and is 7 mil thick. Rated for use up to 600 volts and effective in temperatures ranging from 32 to 176 degrees Fahrenheit (0 to 80 degrees Celsius), this lead-free tape is resistant to water, oils, acids, alkalis, and other corrosive chemicals. It is UL listed and CSA Certified for safety and performance. This tape is suitable for insulating, splicing, and bundling electrical wiring, protecting wire nut connections, and general-purpose maintenance and repair applications.
