Product Overview
The Ives FB458 manual flush bolt (MPN: FB458 US26D) is designed for securing the inactive leaf of double metal doors. Constructed with a brass substrate and a satin chrome (US26D) finish, it features a non-handed design for top or bottom installation. The bolt has a 1/2-inch diameter and a 3/4-inch throw with 7/8-inch vertical adjustment, along with a 3/4-inch backset. Its body measures 1" W x 6-3/4" L x 1-1/8" D, with a 12-inch standard rod length. Installation in metal frames is simplified, requiring only a punched hole for the round bolt head. It meets ANSI/BHMA A156.16, L04251 standards and is UL Listed for 3-hour fire doors when used with both top and bottom bolts.
