Valve can be locked in the closed position by reversing the handle. Double Viton o-rings meets the NFRA58 Dialectic requirement. 100% leak tested and made in Italy. Leakproof stem, lifetime warranty. UL listed, CSA certified ANSI B1.20.1, MSS SP-110 and Value seat rating 600 WOG.
