This is an LCN 4040-3077CNS-AL Cush-N-Stop arm designed for use with LCN 4040XP series surface-mounted door closers. The arm features a solid forged steel main arm and forearm with an integrated dead stop in the soffit shoe, which functions as an alternative to an auxiliary door stop by preventing the door from over-swinging and damaging adjacent structures. It is non-handed and intended for parallel arm mounting on the push side of the door. The arm is supplied with an aluminum finish.
