It features a robust cast iron cylinder body and a forged solid steel Extra Duty Arm (EDA) for enhanced durability. This left-handed closer provides adjustable spring power from size 1 to 5, enabling barrier-free operation that meets ADA accessibility requirements. Designed for parallel arm mounting, it includes hardware for thru-bolt installations. The unit features a durable Sprayed Aluminum (689) powder coat finish and utilizes all-weather fluid for consistent performance across various environmental conditions. It is UL and cUL listed for self-closing doors with fire ratings up to 3 hours and meets ANSI/BHMA A156.4 Grade 1 standards for superior performance.
