Anaerobic Anaerobic threadlockers cure through the absence of air. They are commonly used on metal components to seal and lock fasteners into place to prevent loosening caused by vibration. The anaerobic fluid fills gaps in between threads on bolts or screws to provide a durable bond. As a result, the one-part adhesive reduces costs by eliminating the need for locknuts and lock washers. Anaerobic threadlockers also protect threads from corrosion.
Cure Time:
Cure time is the length of time it takes for the adhesive to completely dry or harden. Different cure times may determine the best application method of the adhesive.
