Product Overview
This No drill fixed panel glass clamp is designed to secure fixed glass panels without drilling holes or cutting notches in the glass. It is made from brass material and features a brushed bronze finish suitable for wall mount installations. This clamp supports glazing thickness from 5/16" to 3/8" and is intended only for fixed panel applications. The overall length is 2-3/8", width is 1-3/16", depth is 3/4", and wall thickness is 1/8". Center to center spacing measures 1-3/8", with an inner depth of 15/32". The edge to mounting holes distance at both top and bottom is 9/16". Installation does not require glass fabrication, as two nylon tipped set screws tighten against the glass surface to hold it in position. Clear gaskets are included to create a protective buffer between the glass and clamp. Mounting screws are also included for securing the clamp to wall, ceiling, or floor surfaces. Use monolithic tempered glass. Important note: Do not hinge a door off a fixed panel using these clamps. Clamps must be installed on a minimum of three sides of the fixed panel, including top, bottom, and at least one side. Silicone must be applied along the entire glass edge where clamps are used. The installer must verify adequate structural backing support before installation. Care: Wipe dry after use. Clean weekly with mild soap and warm water using a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scrubbing tools.
