The Oatey Handy Pack All-Weather PVC Cement and Primer Kit, MPN 30239, provides a comprehensive solution for solvent-welding PVC pipe and fittings. This kit includes a 4 fl oz can of purple-tinted primer and a 4 fl oz can of all-weather, clear, regular-bodied PVC cement. The aggressive primer cleans and softens the pipe surface, ensuring proper adhesion and providing visible verification that primer has been applied, as often required by plumbing codes. The clear, fast-setting cement creates a strong, permanent bond suitable for all schedules and classes of PVC pipe and fittings up to 4 inches in diameter. Designed for use in all weather conditions, from -15°F to 110°F, it is recommended for potable water, drain, waste, vent (DWV), pressure pipe, and electrical conduit applications. The product is NSF Listed, UL Greenguard Gold certified, meets ASTM D2564 and ASTM F656 standards, and complies with NSF/ANSI 61 for safe use in plumbing system
