The Oatey Sure-Vent Air Admittance Valve, model PP25539, is a mechanical plumbing vent designed to allow air into the drainage system, preventing trap siphonage and gurgling while blocking the escape of sewer gases. It is equipped with a 1-1/2 inch NPT (National Pipe Thread) connection for threaded pipe applications.
