Product Overview
The Orbit GB-1-NM 1-gang gangable switch box is constructed from 16 gauge galvanized steel and is designed for housing electrical switches, receptacles, and other devices. It features a removable side cover that allows for multi-gang configurations by joining multiple boxes. This box is 2 inches wide, 3 inches high, and 2-1/2 inches deep, providing a 12.5 cubic inch capacity. It includes knockouts: four 1/2-inch on the sides, two 1/2-inch and four loom pryouts on the ends, and one 1/2-inch on the bottom. Designed for use with non-metallic sheathed cable, the box is UL 514A approved for both US and Canada, and is RoHS compliant.
