The RectorSeal Clean-N-Safe 83780 is a non-acid, non-caustic, and biodegradable coil cleaner designed for HVAC/R systems. This 20 oz aerosol provides a deep cleaning foam that effectively powers off dirt, debris, and grease from air conditioning, refrigeration, and heat pump coils. Its advanced formula is safe for all coil types, including aluminum, copper, steel, and microchannel coils, without causing corrosion. The cleaner improves system performance, restores airflow efficiency, and extends equipment lifespan. It is ready to use without dilution and is intended for outdoor condenser coils. For indoor evaporator coils, manufacturer instructions should be followed, as no rinsing may be required. Key ingredients include Octylphenoxypolyethoxyethanol, Dipropylene Glycol Monomethyl Ether, and Sodium Metasilicate, with a mild odor and a two-year shelf life.
